posting photos - 2008/09/18 02:40 Dorothy, if you want to post photos to any thread use 'full reply page' and not 'quick reply.' You will get a different page where you can browse your computer to find the photo you'd like to add to your message. Remember, before attaching your photo it has to be less than 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall. If the photo program on your computer doesn't allow you to resize your pictures then try the site that Dennis suggests. Good luck!

posting photos - 2008/09/23 20:28 Also, dont know if this is helpful or not, but if you cant upload on here, you could try uploading to an external site such as:

photobucket.com
imageshack.com

Then use the URL link to your uploaded image like this:

[IMG]URL of image goes here[/*URL]

Posting that (without the * will show your image another way through a direct link and image tag. Doing this way allows you to post more then one image per post, saves from having to post multiple times. For more then one image just repeat the steps:

[IMG]URL of image 1[/*URL] - 1st image

[IMG]URL of image 2[/*URL] - 2nd image

etc...

Any questions about this please feel free to pm me. I'm always happy to help

Hope this helps

posting photos - 2008/09/24 04:31 Hi Kitty, thanks for posting this useful info. I know a lot of members have trouble posting their photos, mostly because they don't resize them first. Hope all is well!

Re:posting photos - 2009/07/30 02:46 Kitty & Bree are correct, I use photobucket and adjust the photo size in the site. This why I can post large, easily viewed pics. It makes it much easier for identification and viewing even using the Quick Reply.
Example.

Re:posting photos - 2010/01/11 23:57 Upload? Just link them. If you click the "Reply" button in a post instead of using the quick reply the editor gives you HTML coding options. Use the "img" one and just replace the example URL with the URL of your picture.
