    Some new Orchids in flower

Hello again, for some unexplained reason I haven't been able to access this forum for nearly 2 weeks or more. Finally its decided to work again for me. In the mean time a few new plants have flowered & I thought I would share them with you.
Aerides quinquevulnerum v Purpureum, spike & flower.

    Paph hirsutissimum v Esquirolei

    Paph In-Charm Pearl.

Roy, your flowers are just beautiful! I especially love the Aerides and those gorgeous colors. Forgive my ignorance, but what family of orchids is this one part of? I would love to find one just like it or similar.

The Aerides are part of the Vandaceous family. They range throughout Asia & I believe into India. Any good nusrey sell Vanda, Ascocenda etc should stock them.
They like shade and warmth but not as hot as some Vandas. My g/h runs from 10c to 35c over the year. This is not the best pic I have but its the one I can find the quickest.

Wow Roy, you really have a lot of healthy looking ones! Do you keep your orchids in your green house all year round? Are you in a tropical or temperate zone?

Hakulady & Bree, where I live the summers are very HOT & dry and the winters are cold. Spring and Autumn (fall) are really nice. The plants stay in the G/H all year. The house is lined with bubble wrap to help hold warmth. Here are 3 pics of the house, the plants have been changed around a bit or sold off but its basically the same.

oh ok so this isn't inside your home, it's a seperate orchid house! So is the bubble wrap on all year? you have alot of great plants in there. Just doesn't seem like much light in there. Sorry to be a pain with all the question but you wouldn't have a pic of the outside? thanks!!!
