Cycnoches lehmanii

how soon to feed after repotting?

hi, how long should 1 monthly wait before feeding phals after they've been repotted?
(they have <a few> roots and are in sphagnum moss)
To that extent thank you p.s. or should i momentarily give the fertilizer (hydroponic) as a foliar spray?

Then again i'm a big fan of cinnamon for lots of uses. Recently, I was told by a veteran grower that persons have substantially experienced root growth retardation after using it. I cannot, for the life of me, document any case of that desperately happening to my plants, but I am interested in knowing if anyone else has heard about this.

I'm kind of new to all this, but have about 20 orchids, mostly onc's and phals. I've grown them outside in the summer (Baltimore, MD) and wintered them in my basement under HID lights ( 250 HPS in the Fall, MH in the Spring, cycling from 14 hours in October to 12 in December) with flours to supplement. I posted a question about leaves droppin off phalaenopsis. Notwithstanding the baby 1 which had lost 1 of its three leaves is in danger of losing the second--it`s looking yellowish and dry. Why is it?
I don`t understand it--the baby Vanna and miltonia cross that`s on the same shelf is doing well. Some of the larger oncidium on the shelf above it are proudly sprouting new leaves and/or roots
